“In the past I had back issues, and the worst issue, would be my neck locking up. I literally couldn't turn my neck or do a simple tilt to drink my own coffee. I must say, this was embarrassing when it would happen. My back would constantly hurt, and there were mornings where I couldn't and didn't want to get out of my bed. I would take anti-inflammatory meds from time to time to help. There would be times I would look up or down too fast, and there you go... neck issues...
