She sold a bunch of antique dolls for me and is now selling a bunch of antique clocks. I wondered when I first gave her the dolls how it would all work out and believe me, she went above and beyond. Same thing now with the clocks. I have worked with Abby for several years. She is a hard worker, takes on challenges, figures things out and has common sense. She takes initiative to think things through. When I give Abby something to do, I know I can rely on her to do it. In today's world that can be a rare find. Five stars all the way in my book”

She was so sweet, caring, and made me feel like she was truly invested in helping me find my perfect dress. She actually thought of me when she came across a new dress in between my first and second appointment , and called me to suggest I check it out. Absolutely above and beyond! The shop had a large selection of dresses for all body types, and they were very conscious of my budget. I loved that there was absolutely no pressure, or hard sales push. When I finally found my dress all the girls celebrated with me like we had been friends for years. “Ideal installed new hickory hardwood flooring into our kitchen and they did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with from the sales staff through the installer was wonderful. The installer especially was a delight to interact with and went out of his way several times to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The floors look beautiful and are solid, which is saying a lot since we have a 120+ year old farmhouse. We have wood floors in the rest of our home and Ideal will be who we contact to replace all of them over the next several years.”
