“I had stopped by 3 different salons before coming here. I was either told that they were busy (even though I didn't see any other customers in the salon) or that I would have to call 1-2 weeks before I wanted to book an appointment. One stylist was playing on her phone while standing at the front desk instead of greeting me or asking me if I had any questions. I think Patti did a great job on my hair! She is so friendly and made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door. She shared a wealth of knowledge about products and styling that I definitely plan on trying out in the future!”
