“Fantastic views, but prepare for crowds. We hiked the trail to Balanced Rock, Devils Doorway, and Pothole trail. Wonderful views but a difficult hike for many people. The beach areas were well maintained and the lake of gorgeous. We arrived about noon on a Friday and several parking lots were full. I can't imagine what it would be like on a Saturday. The bathrooms at the beach area were acceptable, but needed cleaning. This park is definitely worth a visit, but I would avoid the weekends.”

“The outside looks a bit deceptive, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the location had very nice views in the surrounding area. The only thing is there were few amenities. No pool, and other then an old playground for small children, there wasn't anything else. I would definitely recommend it for those without children.”

“I never write a review but this place was worth it. This motel is quiet, simple, COMFORTABLE, friendly, clean place! We loved it and will come back again. Is near enough all attractions, but far away from it all. The pool was awesome!!!! The price was the best for the area. I thought we were going to end up in a dumpy motel. I was pleasantly surprised!!! If you want a simple and quiet place where kids can run around freely, this is the place. Highly recommend this place for families with kids.”

“We’ve tent camped here several times each year since 2020. Even after change of ownership, it’s always been a great experience for us. We enjoy being away from the busy state park to sleep. We’ve been there in July, August, September, October. The fall foliage when visiting in October is breathtaking at this campground. Bathrooms are always super clean, good hot showers. The only time we had an issue was with some noisy neighbors up until 4am being so loud. We understand that is okay until quiet hours and gave them some grace until closer to midnight, but we ended up hollering at them from our tent a couple of different times in early morning hours. Looking back we should have called the owner! Usually a very busy campground but always pleasant experience.”

Large house with plenty of bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and great room/dining room, screened porch, and lovely grounds. “Luxury campgrounds with lots of amenities..plus you have the casino, Hotel right close by...center to wisc Dells and Baraboo.. We like going to this RV park very well kept and security patrols all day and night... Thank you to who ever made that beautiful new playground happen..our Granddaughters were ecstatic when they seen that. So was Grandpa and Grandma!”

“This is our third year of enjoying Fox Hill RV resort & Campground. Love it here, our deluxe cabin was perfectly comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The cabin was very clean along with the campground, so much for the kids to do ! They especially loved the swim pond and park . My youngest grandson cried when we had to go home. Everyone that works there are so friendly and welcoming. Our trip to this wonderful campground is always a great time !!!”

“This place is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile if you need something. The rooms are comfortable and clean. (Also, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent—WAY better than most “5-star” hotels we’ve been to.) Additionally, the office doubled as a continental breakfast dining area and sitting room. When I had to catch up on some work, it was the perfect space to do so without feeling like I was getting underfoot. We will 100% be staying here again, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!! Added note: about 30 minutes after posting this review, the owner stopped by with a complimentary New Year’s Eve celebration kit, complete with a mini bottle of bubbly. This was a particularly kind gesture, because our original plans had been cancelled due to illness and we are from out-of-state. It gave us a way to celebrate on our own and made us feel very, very welcome. A lovely gesture!!”

“My family and I LOVED camping here. The campground itself is absolutely beautiful with all of its tall pine trees. We all enjoyed the pool, mini golf and playground area. We visited the campground store often for snacks and souvenirs for the kids. The showers were probably the most well kept I’ve ever experienced in a campground. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes away from all of the Dells attractions as well as Mirror Lake and Devils Lake State Parks. Highly recommend!”

“We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Lovely little hotel with clean rooms, clean pool, and friendly staff (thanks Ashley!) Super accommodating to our sudden travel changes. Our toddler loved the breakfast, had all his favorites. We can’t wait to visit family again in Sauk and stay at the Cedarberry. I can’t mention enough how clean the place is! We stayed in a 2 queen, super spacious and comfortable.”

“Amazing B&B experience! The owners went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and bigger than how they looked in the pictures! The surrounding area and walking trails were beautiful. And I haven’t even mentioned the breakfast… We stayed for two nights and looked forward to breakfast both mornings! It was so good! I would 100% recommend this place to my friends, and my fiancé and I plan to come back again!”

“We had a great visit at the Ringling House B&B - stayed in the Emmet and Eva room. The house is gorgeous, like a mini-museum. The breakfast was excellent. Julie was very friendly and gave us a couple of good tips. Overall, Ringling House definitely exceeded our expectations!”
