We used their financing, and it beat our bank. Since it was a surprise for our daughter, I asked a huge favor. I asked for a huge bow and ribbon on the car. The owners went and got that, and when we arrived, my daughter saw the bow on the car, not realizing it was for her. To her surprise, it was her new car. A 2013 Audi with 51k miles. The owner said if something happens in the next couple of weeks to let us know. They want us to be happy. After we bought it, I took it to a trusted mechanic dealership. They checked it all over. “I had my car towed from Madison after a brake anomaly caused the front brakes to stay engaged when driving. Prior to that I had scheduled tires to be changed the day after the incident. This is a very positive experience. The brake work was done and they went through additional diagnostics to pinpoint an electronic control failure that caused the problem. The car was repaired to like new condition. Relied on the service desk for advice on a quiet tire to replace a poor selection I made earlier. The tires are fabulous. Brakes are perfect. The car runs quiet and smooth. The service team here did a great job resolving all the issues. Very happy customer here.”

“I can't say enough about the service I received at Sullivan's today! It's hard to find a good mechanic, Especially one that you can trust. They are thorough and don't recommend things that don't need to be done, which was my original fear. In fact they said that I could hold off on getting new brakes even though I thought I needed new ones. Turns out it was just rust that made it noisy, especially in the rain. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULLIVAN'S and will take all of our service needs to them. I will also tell others about them.”
