I had my car towed from Madison after a brake anomaly caused the front brakes to stay engaged when driving. Prior to that I had scheduled tires to be changed the day after the incident. This is a very positive experience. The brake work was done and they went through additional diagnostics to pinpoint an electronic control failure that caused the problem. The car was repaired to like new condition. Relied on the service desk for advice on a quiet tire to replace a poor selection I made earlier. The tires are fabulous. Brakes are perfect. The car runs quiet and smooth. The service team here did a great job resolving all the issues. Very happy customer here.
