We have gotten on a first-name basis with most everyone at our regular store. Folks that work at Wheel seem to truly enjoy their jobs and are driven by their desire to help people get into the right bike at the right time. The service department is second to none and takes care of all of our repairs, never trying to convince us to do something that we don't need. We are into both road and mountain biking and feel so good knowing that if our local Wheel doesn't have what we need, that one of the other branches does. During this pandemic W&S has become a place where he have met great people and gotten more into biking. Thanks everyone!”

“After being told by various shops around Milwaukee that it would be 4-8 weeks before anyone could service me bike, I came across Ben’s. I called them and explained my problem with my derailleur alignment and asked how many weeks out they were. To my surprise I was told if it’s just adjustment, about two hours and if more is needed about 9 days. Awesome news to hear alone. I threw my Colnago in my car and drove it to there shop less than an hour before closing, expecting to leave it there. I was greeted at the door and explained my issues. A gentlemen took it back to their service area and 5 min later came back and asked I take it around the block. Instantly it rode like new again, and when I asked was there anything else I should schedule service wise, I was told that the bike is in real good shop overall. Just to wipe it down. Honest answer which was much appreciated. I went from waiting a couple months to having my bike fixed in 5 minutes. No charge on this quick adjustment, but I will definitely be coming back for any service or cycle needs!! Thank you!”

“I recently had a great experience at Patio Bike Shop. I decided to give my daughter's 2011 Trek Mystic 16" a tune-up (we bought it used at another store). I took the crank and rear wheel hub apart and saw it was in need of new bearings, a cleaning and new grease. I've never done this before. So I took my handful of caged ball bearings and headed to Patio. Again, I had no idea what I was even looking for. I told them what I was working on and showed them my pile of parts I'd need to replace. One of the bicycle mechanics on duty quickly gave me a lesson on bearings. And the owner even instructed me on the proper way to put bearings on a bicycle. They provided me all the parts (and new grease) needed for a great price and the free lesson; which wasn't even expected since they would probably prefer the business had I just brought the bike in for them to overhaul, was priceless. I will certainly be returning to this store in the future. It's local, its small business, great customer service. A trifecta.”
