The management company does a super job at providing you with information and directing you in your move. The property itself is well maintained. Very happy about the cleanliness of the apartment. The management is very friendly! Glad I made the move!

I rented from this company. They were good about repairs and coming quickly and effectively. Their repair and pay portals were convenient and simple. Their process for admittance seemed strict but fair. I had some electric bill that was due before renting with them. I cleared it up sent the receipt to them. Paid my bills on time. This is a company with a large list of clients and they have strict rules that are set in place long before any issue comes up. My suggestion is to actually read the paperwork you sign because its not 10 pages long for no reason.

the staff is great, the maintenance man is a warm person he was in our apartment several times and respectful of our furniture and flooring. Thanks BH.

I put in a maintenance request online on Sunday morning at 10am and they responded to me within 20 minutes and had someone here within an hour to fix the issue. The gentlemen who came was very polite and kind and he fixed my sink quickly. Also, the people in the office were super helpful and kind when I rented the place. My apartment is really clean and in great shape. The kitchen and the bathroom are both especially nice. I'm a really happy tenant! :)
