“They were being renovated so that's not their fault but every vending machine there was empty. Wasn't happy about that. Workers were nice rooms were great although I did smell smoke in the bathroom once the steam from the shower started filling it.”

“Being from WI we should be more prepared for snow but it did come earlier this year! We appreciate the thoughtfulness with having snow brushes at the front desk for our vehicle. We had a Thanksgiving lunch early with family so the location was perfect! After a not so great Best Western Stay in Milwaukee we appreciate knowing that there are still a number of other well trained Best Western Staff members who know the proper way to treat customers.
