“I was backed into by someone while sitting at this gas station waiting for my daughter to arrive. All the staff were very helpful, offered me something to drink if I wanted one, gave me materials for my window (passenger window broke completely) and was just ready to help any way they could. I don’t really leave reviews for any where, but them being so helpful and nice when I was in a bad situation, is the least I could do. Thank you to all the staff there when this happened and offered help. I appreciate it a lot.”

“This was a surprising little treasure. It is a very cute 50's style themed restaurant. The menu items are all themed inspired names. Our waitress [Taylor] was super sweet, patient, and a lot of fun. The fries were different but delicious! Ordered a burger wrap that was a bit on the small side and not fancy, but it was also very good. Finished the food off with a malt that was 👌! If you're traveling through Fox Lake, you really should stop in.”

“This was a last minute HEY let's stop at the meat shop! Who doesnt like FRESH beef sticks!? Also had jerky too! So many flavors to choose from. I limit myself to 4 and none of them disappoint. Also scooped up some brisket burgers and peppercheese bacon burgers. As well as bloody mary, whiskey old fashion, and parenting garlic brats! Fresh buns! Great snack on our way to our place for girls weekend. Not to mention some bomb meats to grill and cookout with! Excited to cookout tonight. Thinking we might even stop back on our way home. Amazing varieties and friendly staff!”
