“Just getting outstanding service while getting an oil change. They are welcoming and know you or want you to feel comfortable which is greatly appreciated in these days and in chilly weather it's a plus. They are in renovation in some areas but they still have lounges while you wait. I like to say it's a good car buying experience as I bought my SUV from them. As always and like anything in life, do your homework and you'll have the right answers to your questions when going into major purchases. Common sense right? Yup, they have that too and that's part of the reason I like them.”

“I could not be more impressed with the customer service I received at Don Miller Body Shop. I had a significant amount of body work do be done at multiple points around my car. When I got it back, it looked great but I noticed a few little spots that I thought could have been done better. The guy I spoke with immediately agreed with me and scheduled a time for me to bring my car back in the following week, free of charge, so they could make it right. I thought they would just try to buff some things out better, but they actually fully repainted one of my doors on the passenger side and a whole panel on the driver's side. They even paid for a rent car for me for that whole week. I feel they went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. My car looks great!”
