River's Edge Apartments

I've lived here over half a year now and they always are very good about fixing things in our apartment when we put in a request. The office is very responsive and always so kind. I think the location is great if you have a pet because it's so easy to walk my dog here. The only reason I'm moving out is because I'm moving out of state. I needed to extend my lease a month and the office sent me an agreement within a day which is fantastic. I'm sad to be leaving and I've really enjoyed this apartment. Again, the management office does a fantastic job and I found them to be reasonable. My dog likes going with me to the office to get packages too because they always give her a treat. So nice.

I have lived at River's Edge for over a year and has been my favorite place to live at in Madison. Location is awesome, it's affordable and the staff has been amazing during my stay. All maintenance and random issues were always resolved promptly. The gym is a good size so you can keep your distance while working out, same with the pools. They log in packages (you get a text/email your package has arrived) so you can feel comfort knowing your packages are waiting for you in the office rather than in a lobby while you're away. I recommend River's Edge to anyone who wants to be close to downtown but not enough to deal with the crowds and traffic.

Clean building. Nice staff. They go above and beyond to help with your needs. I have been here now for over 10 years and will not change post offices as long as I don’t have to. Easy in and out off a main road. Stop light on highway to turn on the road or come on through the town of Eastville and turn off on the main road.
