“On a scale of 1-10; I'd give them a 20! 1 day turn around from call to service. We were in a panic situation and needed immediate help at my dads (age 93) house. He had no toilets or showers working. All backed up in basement from main sewer line at house. Jim the owner was fantastic. Understanding of ailing father and the situation. Efficient, knowledgeable, explained what they were doing. Jim, answered any of my questions and I asked alot!. Had camera and all necessary equipment on hand for the job to find block/cracked pipe and partial pipe gasket connection default. Got line cleared and explained where the problem using sewer camera and next steps. Cleaned up everything from their work. Gave a military discount to my 93 year dad a WWII Marine Vet. They came highly recommended and I can see why. We will use them for the needed repairs and any future needs. Jim's 40 plus years in the business- he is the person you want to call. “When I called Conan’s Drain Cleaning, he was able to come over the same day to unclog our kitchen sink. His work was very efficient and thorough, and the drain was cleaned out in no time. Conan saw the drain pipe was loose and added a strap for stability. He also left a cleaning product we could use to keep the grease buildup at bay, at no extra charge. There was a phone call and text message as to when he would arrive, a billing invoice and payment receipt sent to my email while he was still there, and a follow up thank you for my business. My husband is high risk for covid-19 complications, so we asked him to wear a mask, and we wore masks. He went back to the truck and found one without complaint even though he finds the mask difficult to wear while working, which we understand. We really appreciated his flexibility on this. “The technician reassured me that I do not have a leaky pipe, that the drip-like noise I was hearing is simply the expanding and contracting of the pipe. The company has done work for me before with fine results. He explained in detail how he determined that it is not a leakage problem. I understood completely what he described and believe him. He said he can treat the noise but that would cost a lot of money and the noise is not a structural problem. I can live with the noise knowing that there is no water damage accumulating in the house.”
