“This is a small business relative to the large dealers along this road, however because of this, their cars are clean and aggressively price to compete. We were treated so well. We were given ample time to test drive and thoroughly look the cars over without the salesman hovering. They answered all our questions open and honestly. “I had an incredibly customer-centric experience at this service shop. After calling 10+ local businesses inquiring about alignment service and appointments, everyone was booked 2-3 weeks out. I found Hankook Tire Lynnwood on Google and was attracted by their stellar reviews. The great reviews were spot on. I called as soon as they opened and asked how soon I could get it - they said come in right now and we will take care of you. I was blown away that they could get me in so quickly. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and addressed by my first name. One of the technicians came out to introduce himself and made sure he understood the exact service my vehicle needed to ensure my needs would be met which was really appreciated. After the service was completed the team took me for a walk-around my vehicle and explained which adjustments were made and pointed a few helpful technical pieces of information about my vehicle. Between contacting the shop, arriving, my vehicle being aligned, and leaving the shop, I was there for less than one hour. The team here is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & efficient. I will not go anywhere else in the future for my alignment needs for as long as I am in the area. Highly recommended.”

“They have some very good Subarus. I went there to look at a Subaru and found a Toyota to my liking. Both Tim and Roman are good at heart. Roman may not be the greatest communicator but will go the extra mile for you. Same with Tim. The dealership looks old, but why does that matter? Tim is very organized and easy to talk to. If he promises something he will deliver. Overall a good experience, nice people to deal with. Will deal with them again if I have to sell this car or buy another used one.”

“Thank you to Ben and staff for helping me make an informed decision. After listening to a few sales pitches elsewhere I stumbled upon Olson's and figured I would give it a try. I walked in with my son and immediately knew it was the right place. I was greeted with a smile (behind a mask) and asked how they could help. We talked and listened to a few different things as my son fell asleep in my lap. Since I wasn't in a hurry and wanted the better half's approval I walk out after exchanging pertinent info so they could write me up an estimate. A week goes by and I drag the whole family in. Again we are greeted with a smile and invited to listen to a few more options that fall within and just above our budget. There was never a hard sales pitch and it felt like we were dealing with family friends the entire time. The staff at Olson's wanted to make sure we were getting the best products that suited our needs and fell within our budget. In the end we followed their recommendations and are very satisfied with the results. The system sounds amazing no matter what is being played.”
