“This station is clean, staffed with friendly people, has a Baskin Robbins inside and an area with tables and chairs for enjoying your ice cream or a bite to eat. There is a car wash that does a good job and the workers pre scrub your car and dry it afterwards. It is not brushless. I prefer to go early because it is not busy (no lines) and the attendants who pre wash/scrub your car and dry it, aren't exhausted. You can use your Safeway and Albertson points at the pump. They have car vacuum stations, air and water. All coin operated.”

Main thing that happened is I left the gas cap on the pump and drove off. Today, 5 days later, they still had it under the counter. Not many people care enough anymore. Much appreciated.”

“Albert is what makes me give this pharmacy any stars. Albert is so helpful and so lovely to speak with. I don’t feel rushed and I don’t feel like I’m wasting his time. They struggled during the pandemic. I would come and the pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have enough staff. it continued after the pandemic got better but I realize we also lost a lot of people to COVID, so it makes sense it’s been hard to staff places still. The stars would be 5 if I just dealt with Albert. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences with a pharmacist at one point. Albert is wonderful.”

“I worked here for over three years until the end of 2022. During that time, I held different positions, including in leadership, and interacted regularly with both the front end and pharmacy staff. In the entire time I worked here I can count the number of genuine racism displayed by staff on one hand and still have fingers left over. Those individuals are no longer employed at the store. Employee safety is a top priority for management, especially in the rough and difficult neighborhood this store is in. Management have spent the entire pandemic communicating with and attending to customer concerns. Unfortunately the pandemic lead to an increase in the amount of theft, homeless and drug addicts in the area, which added a layer of difficulty for leadership. The management at this store cares deeply about the employees and the customers and works extremely hard to ensure both are safe and satisfied. There will always be individuals who misunderstand situations and policies, especially when they lack longevity, work ethic, professionalism and experience. Retail can be a difficult field to work in and when you're new to it sometimes finding workplace satisfaction can be difficult. I learned a great deal during my years working here and I am incredibly grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced during that time. My family has always shopped at this store, most recently today when my niece came in and walked out very happy with her red nose. Please keep in mind that retail staff are humans too and deserve to be treated kindly and respectfully.”
