“This station is clean, staffed with friendly people, has a Baskin Robbins inside and an area with tables and chairs for enjoying your ice cream or a bite to eat. There is a car wash that does a good job and the workers pre scrub your car and dry it afterwards. It is not brushless. I prefer to go early because it is not busy (no lines) and the attendants who pre wash/scrub your car and dry it, aren't exhausted. You can use your Safeway and Albertson points at the pump. They have car vacuum stations, air and water. All coin operated.”

“I made the deal on my motor home to trade in for one from them. I live in Eugene, OR so it's a 5 hr drive to get to them. They were very fair and willing negotiate on price until we met at an agreeable number. On faith my wife and I drove our motor home all the way past Seattle to their location. As you can imagine I was very concerned that the condition of the motor home I was purchasing wouldn't be as they said and I was concerned about any games or hassle in completing the deal since it was "site unseen" and I had to trust strangers (who are salesmen haha). We arrived late at night, the lot assistant hooked us up to power and water so we could camp there overnight and do the deal first thing in the morning. We got up, went to check the motor home, it was literally perfect, every detail of their motor home was spotless, detailed and in perfect working condition. Everything about their motor home was exactly as advertised and promised. The staff was very nice, small town feel, small dealership style dealing directly with the owner. They took us through over an hour walk-through, explained in detail every system in the motor home and asked me if I had any questions at all about how anything worked. They sent us home with new sewer and water hoses and the whole transaction was perfect. If I could leave more than 5 stars for them I would.”

“We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. I appreciate Royal Parking going above and beyond to resolve this. Chad is a great guy!”
