“It's the only Russian Orthodox church where I can pray in solitude 🙏 I do appreciate Fathers to let me light candles in any time of my visit, though not every Russian Orthodox church in US is nice about it. I love that it's in the middle of the forest and not in a middle of the city as I'm used to. I always buy soaps that they are making, they have coffee (Abbott blend is a must), bibles, icons, etc.”

“This is a quaint little church. The congregation is sparse. The words to the songs are on a projector screen for you to follow accompanied by a piano. The Bible verses are not on the screen and are read from the King James Translation. The message is given with warmth and cheer. This is a simple and not overly scripted service.”

“This is a charming experience. The service is very authentic and warm with very little scripting. They have the new revised standard edition of the Bible. The congregation is small. There were 11 people including myself. The average age may be around 70. The messages are given by different guests, mostly retired ministers, each Sunday except the first Sunday which is given by their regular minister. They have a welcoming coffee hour after service. The worship is accompanied by a grand piano and they have a lovely 6 person choir that sings songs slightly outside of the traditional hymns. The hymns sung by the congregation are out of a traditional hymnal. A bulletin is provided to follow along.”

“Services are aprox 2 hours from 10-12 This church has a loosely structured service. No scripts. No chants. Modern Christian worship songs on a screen accompanied by a band. The age range of the congregation is diverse. They use various modern bible translations. The spirit is jovial and warm.”

“This is a church of beauty. The architecture is beautiful. The choir accompanied by a pipe organ is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The service is thoroughly scripted. Chants, songs, prayers, etc are all on a bulletin to follow. The message itself seems to be less scripted and is delivered with warmth, authenticity, and humor. The songs are the traditional hymns. The Bible translation includes the apocrypha. When taking communion, it is done in the traditional style where everyone drinks from the same cup. The average age of the congregation is maybe 65 years with a few children. They have a beautiful maze and events in the Celtic tradition to follow. There is also a coffee hour before and after the service.”
