She thoroughly explained the different packages. I felt confident and informed. There are no hidden fees or surprises. Janie is so knowledgeable with the lotions. I ended up getting one for body and one for face. She showed me how to used the tanning bed. About 2 weeks had passed and Janie was off every time I came in. “They made us feel so comfortable with the end of life care decision. The doctor and the assistant were so understanding and went above and beyond with their bedside manner. I was sceptical about a "chain" veterinarian but feel that I would return with this kind of caring ethic. My only issue today, was that it took a while (in line) while waiting to check in for this emotional visit. I can only hope that no one has to wait any length of time having this special appointment.
