He set up the referral and appointment and made sure I was going to be okay until my appointment. I had left for a while because my insurance offered a deal through another dentist, they were no help and actually contributed to the problem. I called Peninsula family dentistry and they took me back, no questions asked and I am never leaving them again! Dr. Mike has been the first doctor who I felt actually listened to me, and not only did he listen, but he let me be the decision maker as long as I remained transparent and followed through with our plans. I've been with him for a few years and have been consistent with my medicine for the first time ever. What a difference it makes! My favorite thing about him is that his appointments are scheduled for a full hour and are structured more like a therapy appointment. I've found great value in this, as I feel like he listens and understands my concerns and needs to a much greater capacity than other providers I've had that schedule 10 minute refill appointments leaving no time for discussion.
