This caused a cycle of going off and on medication or just flat out refusing to take certain medication, because it made me feel...wrong. Dr. Mike has been the first doctor who I felt actually listened to me, and not only did he listen, but he let me be the decision maker as long as I remained transparent and followed through with our plans. I've been with him for a few years and have been consistent with my medicine for the first time ever. What a difference it makes! My favorite thing about him is that his appointments are scheduled for a full hour and are structured more like a therapy appointment. I've found great value in this, as I feel like he listens and understands my concerns and needs to a much greater capacity than other providers I've had that schedule 10 minute refill appointments leaving no time for discussion. Kelli (his admin) is also amazing and is a top-notch communicator. She's quick, concise, and cares about his patients just as much as he does.”

I am so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Giles and his team at Hadlock Dental Center. My exam was unhurried, informative, shame free, and compassionate. Treatment options were reviewed with me in a way I understood, and my insurance coverage was explained so I knew what would and would not be covered and approximately how much I would need to pay out of pocket. I was set up with a dental cleaning the following week and I felt comfortable and at ease through the entire process, with my hygienist, taking extra time to make things comfortable for me. They can also set you up with a great system for refills if you're busy that will send you a text or phone message when your prescription is ready. No need to keep track of it yourself anymore...unless you like to! Get your seasonal shots and traveling immunizations there too. Like I said, A plus service!”
