Shell

Address: 1910 W Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98660, USA

Gas station Convenience store Atm Store Restaurant

“The store is not open 24 hours. That's very misleading. The self-service gas pumps are 24 hours. I'm not sure what time the store closes, but it is closed when I get off work at 11. I stop in a lot on my way to work. The workers are always very polite and friendly. They carry a few things that I have never seen anywhere else, like their delicious 2 packs of cookies and OH Snap! carrots and green beans. The carrots are very good :)”

Beaches Restaurant & Bar

Address: 1919 SE Columbia River Dr, Vancouver, WA 98661, USA

Restaurant

“My BF and I were a little worried at first when we stopped in for lunch, as it had a very outdated sort of “Long John Silvers” chain kind of vibe. But it was busy, full of old people (who are notorious for being particular) and it had good reviews, so we decided to give it a chance. This place did not disappoint! I had the crispy chicken sandwich, which came with some sort of delicious homemade breading, fixins, and a scrumptious bun. My BF had the Mike’s Meat Pizza which he really enjoyed. The best part, though, was the clam chowder! I’m a clam chowder snob and I make it a point to order it every time I try a new place on the coast! Beaches was by FAR the best clam chowder I’ve had to date! The service was wonderful, the crew seemed friendly and happy to work there, and the view of the waterfront was also a nice treat. Aside from the decor, Beaches has it all dialed in. We think it’s a great restaurant and we will back!”

Kim’s Grill Teriyaki (Safeway Mall)

Address: 2702 NE 114th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684, USA

Restaurant

“This place is a hidden gem. The best teriyaki my husband and I have ever had. The fried rice is best around hands down! Portions are great, food is hot. Fair pricing. If you don’t like fatty grisly meat this is the place to go. I will definitely be going back for more.”

Starbucks

Address: 1900A NE 162nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684, USA

Cafe Restaurant Store

“I love this Location. The Baristas are dope and friendly and barely ever mess up an order. A wonderful Barista named Sonia (we have the same name) is such a pleasure. I love to see them as my Starbucks ritual. Pistachio Cold Brew for life.”

Champ Pizza

Address: 1900 NE 162nd Ave STE D113, Vancouver, WA 98684, USA

Restaurant

“Our go to is the build your own pizza and the cheese bread! Also super excited that we can add Ruby Jewel ice cream cookie sandwiches to our order for dessert now. The customer service is amazing. Erin the manager is so helpful. For those of you who have tomato sauce sensitivities, I highly recommend requesting no sauce and add Olive oil as the sauce instead. We really love how much toppings they put on their pizzas too. They never skimp on ingredients and we always have leftovers! Great pricing and fast service.”

Firehouse Subs Vancouver Park Place

Address: 8101 NE Parkway Dr C-1, Vancouver, WA 98662, USA

Restaurant

“Pretty much spotless but not in a sterile way. I had two different small sandwiches (which I highly recommend doing it that way) one was the Club and the other was the Pastrami ... Both delicious in their own way and the ingredients were fresh. The fresh wheat/white bread was delicious. The staff was friendly upon interaction but was not greeted or hailed with a "thanks for coming in" when leaving. Not really a big deal, but they were really slow at the time. The staff did a wonderful job on focusing on their orders. Their work space was very clean as well... The cookies and brownies are really good as well. Always a fan.”

Dulce Tentacion

Address: 3220 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661, USA

Bakery Store Restaurant

“Truly the best tres leches cake on Vancouver! We got our wedding cake here and it was just so perfect, I wish I could have kept it! We have them a brief description and then when I saw it on my wedding day I just wanted to cry. Truly SO beautiful! I didn’t even ask for the flowers, but I was so pleased with it!”

Portland Bartender Express LLC

Address: 8419 NE Pierce Dr, Vancouver, WA 98662, USA

Restaurant

“We hired them to bartend at my wedding and they were amazing! The prices are great compared to what others charge, super friendly and easy to talk to, plus they made great cocktails. The owner is also very easy to get ahold of as I could email him late at night and get a reply back rather quickly. My husband and I aren't big drinkers so we went with their recommendation on beer and champagne and everyone loved it. I had forgotten to update them on the guest count so they had bought more alcohol than we needed and they let us keep all of it. That's big for me because I know some people who had to argue with the company they hired just to get their stuff back. Overall I'm really happy we went with them for our wedding and would definitely recommend them again.”

Fort Bayou BBQ

Address: 6700 NE 162nd Ave Suite 500, Vancouver, WA 98682, USA

Restaurant

“I got takeout and ate it in the car, and it was the best lunch I've had in months. I did the brisket plate which came with a side and a piece of bread. SO good. I am literally obsessed. I need to try the sauce next time! Don't be surprised if you see me here once a week or more! It is a little expensive, but it's worth it IMO.”

Krispy Kreme

Address: 8517 NE Andresen Rd, Vancouver, WA 98665, USA

Cafe Bakery Store Restaurant

“The seasonal red velvet donut is the best donut they have. Unfortunately, I believe they only have it during the Christmas time. I’m not one to really eat donuts I actually find them to be overly sugary, but their red velvet one is just perfect.”

Stardust Diner

Address: 1110 SE 164th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683, USA

Restaurant

“I love this place so much I want to take it back home to where I'm from so I can come here all the time! Awesome food, great portions, incredibly delicious milkshakes, 50s music and decor that creates an amazingly welcoming retro atmosphere. The chicken Cobb salad was huge and absolutely delicious. The bacon and chicken in it were cooked exactly how I like them and I had trouble finishing it because it was such a hearty and large salad! I also got a chocolate milkshake which really hit the spot. 11/10 love this place!”

Kindee Thai Restaurant

Address: 6700 NE 162nd Ave #713, Vancouver, WA 98682, USA

Restaurant

“So this is the new tradition. Go to yard sales in the morning and when you can't look at one more box of Depends or one more rack of generic glassware, I cut the treasure route and look for good food. Seriously though, I find great stuff at Yard sales and don't want to insult the Yard Sale Gods... Seriously. There is no better way to end a day of treasure hunting than finding culinary gold, preferably broth. Kindee Thai has that homey welcoming look that so many places lack. nice colors, nice decor, plants. I don't understand why more Asian places don't do this. sometimes it seems like a choice to be as bland and unremarkable as possible. Kindee makes me want to come in, it makes me predisposed to like the meal, although I have been tricked in the past. Today I choose the Kao Soi, I love a good light curry and I love noodles like a madman loves the moon. First, the crispy noodles seem to come rioting up out of the bowl like tangle of wisteria vines. They guide the eye down into the brothy depths. The next impression is the bowl is too big, the broth looks a little lost in the great bath of a bowl. It's an illusion, there is plenty, but they should put it in a smaller bowl so it doesn't look so lonely. That being said, it's a great bowl of curry broth. The noodles deep down in the murky depths are nicely mixed and have good lift. Long slightly tangled chewy noodles that simply cry out for a good slurp. The curry broth is spot on. Perfect depth and richness, savory and slightly sweet. I can eat here again. They ask if I would like a touch more heat and bring me a nice little selection of hot condiments. That earns them points in my book. I prefer a red chili oil and often, if a place has hot sauce, it's just one kind. Yes my nose runs like a dog escaping the animal control truck, Like an old tent in a rainy wood. But not so hot I can't taste the curry, the crunch of red onion, the fresh lime. Jeez, I'm making. myself hungry again just thinking about it. Right down to the last ever-loving drop. It reminds me of my adventuring youth when I kicked around Asia on a hope and a dream. For so many years after those carefree days, you could not find good Thai, or Vietnamese anywhere this side of the globe... The same can be said for tea. In those days if you wanted a good cup of tea you had to leave the country. Thank you Kindee for a great lunch.”

Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar - Vancouver

Address: 670 Waterfront Wy, Vancouver, WA 98660, USA

Restaurant

“Stopped by here while waiting for the Amtrak and the burger, fries, and shake were great! I had the Dip Burger, with truffle fries, and a strawberry shake. The truffle fries with their homemade dipping sauce were delicious and the burger was very well done and juicy. To top it off, they had a shake with the burgers for $3.50! You can't beat that quality of a shake for that little of a cost anywhere! I definitely recommend the burger spot if you're ever craving a burger and a shake 🍔 I didn't dabble in the spirits, but they had a massive list and selection for those looking to quench their thirst as well!”

Lisa's Country Kitchen

Address: 9324 NE 76th St, Vancouver, WA 98662, USA

Restaurant

“I’ve been trying to try out local restaurants in my area and I happened upon Lisa’s country kitchen… When you walk in the restaurant it is very clean and the restaurant staff is friendly. I tried the country fried steak which came with two eggs your choice of toast hashbrowns and of course the country fried steak and gravy. A nice little surprise was a wedge of watermelon. It was plated lovely, I wish I would’ve been able to take a picture. Everything was cooked to perfection, it was obvious that they’ve been doing this for a while. You could tell they have repeat customers because they knew people by name as they walked in. All in all I was really pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and food quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again”

Oishi Sushi

Address: 8101 NE Parkway Dr # E2, Vancouver, WA 98662, USA

“Pretty good place to eat. Clean atmosphere, very nice staff, good menu options- but a little pricey. I’d eat here again!”

Mt Tabor Brewing - The Pub

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Address: 8311 NE Vancouver Mall Dr, Vancouver, WA 98662, USA

Restaurant Meal takeaway

“We sat in the bar to be seated right away, and Kristen. Our waitress was really friendly, helpful kind, and we appreciated. She cleaned off the booth for us so that we could sit there when we walked up.. There was really nothing bad about this experience, but there was a few things that surprised us and one was how long that we waited for food because it was just so much longer than usual and unfortunately my burger was not piping hot like every other time which was a bit disappointing . Also, my wife asked for crispy bacon and she got very own crispy bacon. Food was good. Overall in service was good overall as well and as always, we really enjoy red Robin and will keep coming back, but it just wasn’t as good as it usually is and it was a surprise.”

La Provence Boulangerie & Patisserie

Address: 17719 SE Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98683, USA

Restaurant

“Went here with my mother for a nice Wednesday brunch; while busy, there was no wait. At the waitress’s recommendation, we both tried the Lavender Mocha, it had a unique flavor that was very lovely! Both our plates came out steaming hot, and the La Provence Benedict was delicious! While the desserts looked great, the meals were big enough that we felt too full to eat them! All the waitstaff was very friendly and helpful as well, the bathroom was clean too.”

El Rinconsito | Vancouver

Address: 7006 NE Hwy 99, Vancouver, WA 98665, USA

Local Asian Bistro

Address: 10706 NW Lakeshore Ave #112, Vancouver, WA 98685, USA

Restaurant

“Local Asian Bistro has big ideas. It sets it's sights high and the moment you walk in the door you can tell there is a lot of promise there. I love the thought that has been put into the dining room, the solid, modern, yet simple furniture, the natural colors, even the drink menu is aspiring to be something different than your average Asian joint. My friend gets the Pad Thai, because he is not particularly adventurous, but it's also true that culinary castles can rise and fall on a good Pad Thai. Well I try it and I start to get excited. It's a little different than I'm used to, but it's good. A little sweet, good noodle separation, some solid points... even the presentation is above average, the plating is a burnt orange wonder. The salad rolls are perfect, I can hardly wait for my Pho.The fixins are right, the basil fresh. There is no condiment tray, a choice I come to regret a bit as the meal progresses. It's a clear broth, the noodle have good lift and are not all clogged up at the bottom of the bowl. The broth itself is ok. Just ok. I would have liked to add a little heat to it and maybe a touch of sweetness. I mean I can respect if the broth is perfect deferring to the chef's decision not to put out a condiment try, but this is just ok. But then we come to the beef. I ask my lunch companion what he thinks the meat is and he looks at it and says chicken. The beef is blanched white, tasteless and chewy. It is in fact just this side of disgusting. No mouth feel, no umami, not even a nice texture. This is the moment I begin to regret not having the condiment tray. Disappointment begins to creep into my consciousness like a small roof leak in a beautiful house. I am willing to think that this is the one place where Local Asian misses the mark. But Pho is my grail. If you can't do broth, then are are a ton of other places that can and do. It's like biting into a welcoming apple only to realize it's a red delicious. I might give Local Asian Bistro a second chance, my wife loves Pad Thai (In fact, like my friend, it's all she ever gets) and anything that makes her happy, makes me happy. but I won't be ordering the Pho, which feels weird to me. like going into a hot dog place and ordering hamburgers.”

Thai Little Home

Address: 3214 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661, USA

Restaurant

“I heard about this place from my supervisor who found it to be a wonderful little hole-in-the-wall restaurant, and I'm glad I checked if out after her recommendation! I ordered for takeout, but while picking up my order, I noticed how nice and clean the inside is, as well as the friendliness of the service. Also, their basil fried rice is super good, with just the right amount of spice to excite but not overwhelm me (for me I got medium level). I'm definitely coming back to dine in sometime!”

Muchas Gracias Mexican Food

Address: 3300 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661, USA

“Excellent Al pastor taco. The deep brown hot sauce is amazing and very complex. Great food for the last 1/4 century, and they still have the free carrots.”

Starbucks

Address: Crossroads Center, 14300 NE 20th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98686, USA

Cafe Restaurant Store

“Very friendly staff. I've been impressed with their attention, their help (& their patience; I can be fairly indecisive sometimes 🙃) when ordering, the quality of drinks I've had here and just their overall service when I've come in. I live in the neighborhood and haven't been one to be drawn to Starbucks for the sake of going to Starbucks, but I do enjoy coming here. I also appreciate the atmosphere - nice vibe. I have to say, at some point in the past several years, I think Starbucks changed the way they roast their coffee because it tastes much better now (no more the "burnt" over-roasted flavor). Definitely appreciate that. 😄 Enjoy! ☕💃”

Panda Express

Address: 6617 NE 84th St, Vancouver, WA 98665, USA

Restaurant

“Best kept secret! My grandsons asked to eat at Panda Express. I thought “got to be better than hamburgers”. The food was all fresh cut veggies, meats, shrimp, noodles, rice on and on. The selection was huge on what you could fix as a meal. It’s all tailored to let you pick out the meal that your hungry for. Walking past all the different entrees, it was difficult to just pick my two meal entrees. Don’t despair…you can come back the next day and try more. The BEST SURPRISE WAS THE PRICE. My total for 3 people for a nutritious healthy meal was less than buying pizza for these kids. Yey I found my new FAV place to dine.”
