“I have not had the same experience others have while living here. The manager has always been friendly and accommodating. I have had 3 maintenance issues since my residency began and all were fixed and addressed in less than 24 hours. I will say new management came in in November of 2016, so perhaps the new management has tightened up. All in all rent is competitive, management friendly and effective, and *most* of the residents are extremely friendly. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. It is hard to have company as most visitor spots are already taken by residents. However, I'm not even sure how they could fix the parking issue as there is only so much space. **Update** I recently moved out of town and wanted to add a final note to my review. The management team has always been friendly and supportive and that continued through my moving out. I have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member and recommend giving Pacific Pointe a visit if you're looking for a new place to call home!”

“Dave is great and easy to work with. He has done new toilet seal rings, sink basket replacement and most recently a full kitchen sink hook up with garbage disposal at my house. His prices are good. You know when you call that you are getting him and that he has a lifetime of experience rather than someone that maybe only has 1-2 years of experience.(or less) That is important for me to know I am getting a seasoned plumber working in my home. I am recommending him to anyone who asks!”
