“I have not had the same experience others have while living here. The manager has always been friendly and accommodating. I have had 3 maintenance issues since my residency began and all were fixed and addressed in less than 24 hours. I will say new management came in in November of 2016, so perhaps the new management has tightened up. All in all rent is competitive, management friendly and effective, and *most* of the residents are extremely friendly. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. It is hard to have company as most visitor spots are already taken by residents. However, I'm not even sure how they could fix the parking issue as there is only so much space. **Update** I recently moved out of town and wanted to add a final note to my review. The management team has always been friendly and supportive and that continued through my moving out. I have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member and recommend giving Pacific Pointe a visit if you're looking for a new place to call home!”

“This is a great historic home which was moved from orchards in the 1920s. Is not large, and when it is open there is no fee to visit. It is also available for rent for private events. You can see the numbers on some of the logs which they labeled so they could reassemble them when they moved the building. The floors are still original, through they look in great shape. This is the oldest house in Washington.”

“Tracie has been our home owners insurance broker for over a year now, and every issue we have our first thought is "call Tracie". She knows everybody for anything you could possibly need help with, responds within 5 minutes and is super knowledgable. Our giant cherry tree fell down blocking the road this morning at 5:30 AM, I called Tracie at 6 and had emergency tree services by 7:45. Then Tracie showed up with gloves ready to help us clear any debris and move our new firewood! She is amazing at what she does and has the biggest heart to spend her morning making sure we are okay.
