“I have long dreaded the colonoscopy, but decided to finally do it. The Plenvu prep was fairly easy, and wasn't nearly as bad as the reviews say. By far, the best part was the staff at the Glenn Mitchell practice. The receptionist checking me in was friendly, and I was taken back within five minutes of registration, almost unheard of these days. Once in the back, I was quickly greeted by a nurse who explained what she was going to do and had me sign some papers. Afterwards, I met my nurse Mikayla who was extremely nice and a good IV "sticker" since I hate needles. Before going in, I met the nurse anesthetist who was very personalble and assuring. The most amazing part was Dr. D. He was so affable that I was totally at ease by the time I was given the heavenly Propofol and sent off to lalala land. If you are looking for a practice that defies all of the odds for personal service and excellence, look no further than here. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”

“Daughter saw Dr. Schroeder (Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery). Our experience was immaculate! The doctor was very kind and patient with my daughter who had A LOT of anxiety. She was very communicative, offered suggestion and guidance every step of the way. She took excellent care of my daughter on the day of surgery. Follow up with the the Audiologist Dr. Louthan was superb. She was friendly and encouraging to my daughter, great judgment and practical decision making on the spot. This staff is supreme! Not one issue. Even the doctors assistants call you back in a timely manner. I cannot say enough positive things about this office!”

“I was referred to Dr. Panigrahi on July 19, 2017 because of an abnormal stress test. Dr. Panigrahi greeted me as if he was my personal trainer. He explained the heart and how it works like I had never heard it before. He decided that a plant based life style would help reverse heart disease and diabetes. I received the information package and was scheduled for a nuclear stress test and Echocardiogram. Three weeks later after following the plant based life change I had lost four and a half pounds. “Fantastic practice! I have been coming here since I was pregnant with my second child in 2018. Dr. Nugent delivered both of my children (2 Cesarean sections) after I had a difficult first pregnancy and C-section at Portsmouth Naval. She is such a thorough MD! Her bedside manner is incredible, she is extremely knowledgeable and she is not afraid to order tests or refer out if there are complications prepartum. My incision looks great and I cannot be more thankful for two successful surgeries and healthy children. The prenatal care was fabulous in this practice and they will rotate you amongst all providers so that you see all of them prior to the day of delivery. Each provider at this practice is very good and there are numerous specialties available. Dr. Hansen was my primary gynecologist at this clinic and she is fabulous as well. Very knowledgeable and personable and spends her time in the exam room explaining each procedure and exam results. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!”

“At the first window, the lovely young lady was very very patient with me when I couldn't find my money. And then her patience excelled again when I had less than I thought. Her diligence while we figured out what to remove from the ordered items was above and beyond thoughtful. And in return, I made it easier for her as well. I then just told her to keep whatever it was off that she has already done. So Great. However, at the next window, the person handing over the bag was blunt, put out, and overall just unpersonable. And. Oh the big And! My double quarter pounder was pretty two to three full hand fulls of raw onions! I did not order any extra onions. I usually like the menu item the way it is. But, as that stop was completely out of my normal place that I pass, I just. Didn't bother calling. But I should have. Because one mile later my first fry was tried. And it was coated in salt. Just wow. Omg yuck”

“I am compelled to write this review out of sheer gratitude and admiration for this Doctor. I have been an ICU and ER nurse for 10 years. My 93 year old grandfather began having severe rectal bleeding last night that was not stopping. He was admitted to Princess Anne hospital and had a flexible sigmoidoscopy done by Dr. Raymond after a GI bleeding scan gave her somewhat of an idea where his intestines were bleeding. She valiantly searched for the bleed for almost an hour and a half. Any other doctor would have given up (in my experience I have never seen such a persistent and caring Doctor). She persevered until she discovered the area that was bleeding and competently fixed it. Thank you, thank you so much for your effort Dr. Raymond. I understand what it looks like to see someone give everything they have for a patient and my Grandfather and family are so grateful.”
