Daughter saw Dr. Schroeder (Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery). Our experience was immaculate! The doctor was very kind and patient with my daughter who had A LOT of anxiety. She was very communicative, offered suggestion and guidance every step of the way. She took excellent care of my daughter on the day of surgery. Follow up with the the Audiologist Dr. Louthan was superb. She was friendly and encouraging to my daughter, great judgment and practical decision making on the spot. This staff is supreme! Not one issue. Even the doctors assistants call you back in a timely manner. I cannot say enough positive things about this office!
