“It's a quaint little spot off of the side of the road in a cute little log cabin styled building. It smells heavenly walking through into the dining area due to the combination of food being prepared and the candle store in the entry way but the lighting is horrid. You cannot see your food or the faces of the waiters as they wait on you. They sat me less than an arms length next to a man and his family so we had to be quiet the whole time. Not sure why we were sat that close together as 75%+ of the rest of the tables were available and others had been sat sporadically. Maybe that was just a simple mistake. The food was okay. With the price of the food we had expected it to be much better. It's saving grace is the Rainbow Trout I was served and the wait staff being very cordial and willing to make jokes.”

“Great service, and fantastic fresh vegetables. I had the Shrimp Kung Pao and it was delicious with nice large shrimp. The rice was cooked just right, and the food came quickly -less than 10 minutes wait time. Decent in-restaurant seating, though almost everyone else opted for takeout when we visited on a weekday.”

“Very, very impressed with the location inside and out, more spacious than the Fredericksburg location. Service is exceptional, I wish all the local stops served as well as they do. Ordered the Big Breakfast Bowl and was not disappointed. It was a large portion of everything, but it was delicious. Bacon, eggs potatoes, sausage gravy, fried chicken, ham and a bunch of other things I am not remembering. I will be back soon for another!”

“I had a coupon that came in the mail that was for 50% off the bill. It also stated that I could apply the code at the end of ordering online. I get to the end and the there isn’t a spot to put it and it wasn’t a 4 digit code. I clicked submit to see if there was another option to apply the code. There wasn’t anything so I called the location. Alex took my call and honored the coupon, even though he has nothing to send back to corporate. I recommend this location.”

“My husband and I have eaten here on several occasions! We ate here today right after church. The food is cooked fresh! You can taste the soul and love put in every aspect of the meal. The seafood soup, beef tongue taco, and the whole fried fish w/ yellow rice was amazing!!! I love the atmosphere! Everyone is absolutely amazing! It's authentic cuisine.
