Have to say I am slightly amazed at a few stains that did indeed lift up and now my old carpet looks almost new again! As for the professionalism top notch. My phone call was answered promptly and when he was on his way for the appointment he called to check in. He also gave me great tips on maintaining this clean look with any future accidents.
