Have to say I am slightly amazed at a few stains that did indeed lift up and now my old carpet looks almost new again! As for the professionalism top notch. My phone call was answered promptly and when he was on his way for the appointment he called to check in. He also gave me great tips on maintaining this clean look with any future accidents. “This has to be one of the best laundry mats ever! The owner is so extremely nice and helpful! I had my three kiddos with me and he helped me load my clothes in the washer, transfer my clothes to the dryer and then took my laundry to the car for me. While there he gave the kids lollipops as well. He really cares about his customers and provides EXCELLENT customer service to everyone that I saw walk in and out of his doors. I had a New Years Eve disaster and their quick response teams were friendly, informative, experienced, and fast acting to diagnose and mitigate water and the damage associated. They come ready with a fleet of water drying equipment and deploy it where needed. Nice thing is that they follow-up and you know what to expect with the process. Some of the drying takes days and they will come back and monitor and remove equipment once the drying is complete. Its a thorough stabilization to prepare the space for the contractor work that follows. In many ways Servpro of Fredericksburg is like an emergency response team; first responder, charged with stabilizing the spaces damaged by headache inducing situations. Two thumbs up.”
