“Staff was so helpful when car did not start after filling up. Coordinated a jump, then when that didn’t work, offerer towing options with the knowledge that AAA would probably be 3 hours ( he has AAA). With no cell service they let us use their phone. It was the kindness of the gentleman running the place that Sunday at 5pm on 6/9. Or it is the kindness of all the people in this town.”

“When our transmission burnt up outside Shenandoah these guys came to the rescue. After doing everything they could to make the car work and offering a list of options, they ended up towing us all the way back to DC from Luray (on their day off). They were straight shooters and gave very fair prices given the circumstances. Its hard to find honest mechanics (especially when you're an out of towner who might never be a repeat customer), but these guys helped us make the best out of a what could have been a bad situation. These are good people who know their stuff.”
