“The washers and dryer work great. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to purchase a laundry card and pre-load money onto it. For a one-time use of the machines, this can be hard because it means you may end up with money on the card you never use. That being said, we loaded $11 onto the card (it’s an initial $1, then you have to choose between amounts of $1, $5, $10, $20) and were able to do all the laundry we needed. With that we did two small loads of wash, and threw everything into the big dryers. You get 25 minutes of drying free, which was all we needed to have everything be done! The staff is cheerful and was incredible kind and helpful for me as I tried to figure out how it all worked! I initially contacted another carpet company who were highly recommended locally, they offered one free room, but after measuring my carpet their quote was almost $1,000, what?!?!? I took the one free room and went in search of another company to finish the job. I called Piedmont Carpet Care and spoke to the owner of the family owned business, and told him I was desperate and needed someone to come out today. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he agreed to come that evening. He did an outstanding job on our carpets, and offered to do the same amount of carpet for a 1/3 of the price of the other company. No extra or hidden charges, stains were removed, carpets smell fresh and were beautifully cleaned. I am so impressed with the customer service, and I have found my forever carpet cleaners.
