I initially contacted another carpet company who were highly recommended locally, they offered one free room, but after measuring my carpet their quote was almost $1,000, what?!?!? I took the one free room and went in search of another company to finish the job. I called Piedmont Carpet Care and spoke to the owner of the family owned business, and told him I was desperate and needed someone to come out today. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he agreed to come that evening. He did an outstanding job on our carpets, and offered to do the same amount of carpet for a 1/3 of the price of the other company. No extra or hidden charges, stains were removed, carpets smell fresh and were beautifully cleaned. I am so impressed with the customer service, and I have found my forever carpet cleaners. Thank you!”

“Everything was well laid out and easy to use. It’s a typical no-frills laundromat with many machine choices. An employee was cleaning the detergent bins while I was there. I used the mega, six and a half load washers and dryers with no issues. They also have a back entrance with parking. If it’s hard to find nearby parking in the main lot, head to the back. We fell behind on our family wash loads when our machine needed repair. I was able to catch up in a couple hours. Bring 10, 5, or 1 dollar bills for change. They don’t take larger than that at their coin machines. There’s a great bakery a couple doors down.”
