She has always given us great care and her diagnoses have always been spot on. Her office is nicely decorated and makes you feel welcome. I am not sure what the motive is for a few people to give such negative reviews but we love her, her staff are friendly, we have not had any negative issues with billing and we will continue to use her as our primary care doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone else. “Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... “There are Multiple Different Doctors in this building ranging from Eye Specialist, Pain Management, Arthritis specialist, Hearing Specialist and several more of which I cannot remember. My experience of being here on site is I've never seen anyone having to wait to see their Doctors there is a pharmacy downstairs as well. There are stairs or elevators to choose from . I believe there are 4 floors being the Ground one of them therefore making it 4 floors. This place is near all sorts of shopping, convience stores , gas stations, pawn shops, and right behind the building is I believe Drive Time ( a drive clinic or something to help improve your driving skills ). Dale Boulevard is just less than a mile up the road from here.”

“Today is an important anniversary in my life. 19 years ago today I had a heart attack and my heart stopped. It is only because of the skills of Dr. Khalid Abousy and the staff at the ER at Potomac Hospital (since renamed) in Woodbridge, Virginia, I would be dead. Thus began a process that would continue until my release from rehab on February 14th. During the ensuing six weeks, I experienced another heart stoppage, nearly a month of induced coma, pneumonia, and a pulmonary embolism. I also had cardiac bypass surgery. Except for a brief time in the ER I was at the regional cardiac care center at Fairfax Hospital where a team of specialist oversaw my care. During the entire time I was unconscious, my sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Mike Levin came from Santa Fe, NM and were constantly monitoring my care. My colleagues at my employer, the Nonprofit Risk Management Center were extremely supportive, especially Melanie Herman the executive director. I can't begin to express my appreciation to all of my family and friends for the support and kindness I received. You know who you are and I am deeply indebted. Just a side note, shortly after my release, I was at an Olive Garden restaurant and heard a voice behind me. "Dude, you're alive." It was an ER tech who helped save my life at Potomac Hospital. He told me that they had been uncertain of my survival. The last they had seen me was being loaded on the helicopter for the transport to Fairfax Hospital. L”

I can unequivocally say from the call to schedule, check-in, nursing staff interaction and actual time with Dr. Mafi, this was a superb experience. I got a rhinoplasty on the 25 the procedure went smooth and I kind of happy with the results , i still have not removed my cast Since i was schedule to get it removed yesterday but the weather didn't help so they reschedule my appointment, stay tuned for an update i will be posting picture and give an update about their service.02/09/almost a month after my procedure and i start seeing a big difference, still little swollen but i can tell it looks different and is healing quite faster than i thought 😌”
