  Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... Amazon's gain!

  It's located in the Food Lion shopping center between Gabe's and Family Dollar. Mabel(spelling?) was very helpful with product information and directions. They have a variety of health related items in the store. My Mom needed a walker with no wheels and they had one. Good customer service.
