“The washers and dryer work great. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to purchase a laundry card and pre-load money onto it. For a one-time use of the machines, this can be hard because it means you may end up with money on the card you never use. That being said, we loaded $11 onto the card (it’s an initial $1, then you have to choose between amounts of $1, $5, $10, $20) and were able to do all the laundry we needed. With that we did two small loads of wash, and threw everything into the big dryers. You get 25 minutes of drying free, which was all we needed to have everything be done! The staff is cheerful and was incredible kind and helpful for me as I tried to figure out how it all worked!
