Lamont was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained and sent me videos of every step of his visit. He took the time to answer every question I had. “Priority saved the day! I woke up on a Saturday morning and headed out the door to a full schedule for the day only to find my tire had gone flat! I was able to get the spare on but knew I could not drive on that for long. I drove directly to Priority’s quick lane where I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and quickly checked my vehicle in so I could get on my way to the first part of my day. Lauren’s texts to keep me posted on my vehicle progress was helpful to not distract me from celebrating a friend’s birthday. The car was ready to go after they fixed my tire, replaced my rear windshield wiper, and gave my car a full complimentary check. I was able to pay online so when I picked up my car I got my keys and was on my way to my son’s baseball practice! The whole experience was so easy my day was only delayed by the time it took me to put on the spare. I am so grateful I picked a priority vehicle and have them to help me through what could have been a day of missed activities but instead I never missed a beat! Thank you, Lauren & Priority!”

“After a long day of getting a 3 hour delay in service that turned into no service and an inflated price for a simple issue (from the major dealership who I'd purchased my vehicle from), I drove by in frustration to see who would help me out. I arrived to this service shop and was blown away with the quality of service. The employees were fast, friendly and kept constant communication, unlike the dealerships who keep customers on hold, waiting for long periods of time while not knowing their service progress! They were truly a blessing and their prices are remarkably affordable! I'd recommend them over ANY high priced dealership when it comes to anything tire related! Great job guys!!”
