“Made a visit to this location on 12/16/2020 around 3pm. Upon entering the store I was acknowledged immediately. I was asked if I needed any help with anything and was told if I did just let someone know. As I began to look around the store, I couldn't help but notice how neat and organized the store was. There was lots of product all over the store, and sometimes that could be bad but in this case, everything was neat and organized in each section. As I went to make my purchase the cashier was very friendly and polite. She was very knowledgeable about the items I was purchasing and explained to me the benefits and how to use it. I purchased a Cookies Glow Tray, and a Cookie's Quilted Smell Proof Pac. We made small talk, I paid for my purchase, she counted back my change, thanked me and told me to come back again. As I was exiting the store I was told by another male associate to have a great day and come back again. Overall my experience was great. The store looked amazing and the people working were helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back to visit again sometime soon. Keep up the good work guys.”

“The shoes were good quality and well handled. checkout was quick and efficient. service was a bit odd though, typically salesmen give you your shoes then carry on with tending the store, whereas this one got me my shoes then didn't move the entire time I tried on my shoes then watched me as I walked around to try and get a feel for them. then he told me about a cleaning spray since the shoes were white and my response was a simple "mm hmm" and head nod. by the time I had my old shoes back on he was at the register with the shoes and spray giving me no time to browse for other things. then after him ringing everything up, asked me if I actually wanted the spray(I did but still, I never told him that). anywho he was a very odd salesman”

“I pass this store every time I’m in the mall and finally went inside to see what was going on. Beautifully set up store, reasonable prices... what I will say made me come and write a review was the AWESOME customer service from whatever ladies were working at 530 on 1/17. Walked in, was greeted warmly, and after browsing a bit, the other employee kindly interacted with my toddler. As a consumer (who still prefers shopping in store) I cannot stress enough how appreciative I was for the friendliness. Unfortunately you don’t get that kind of CS these days! Keep it up, guys!”
