They was able to help me fixed an issue I was having within my house and took the time to show me how to do. Which is more then I can say for the home depot who's staff seemed like they was to busy to help do anything and was upset that you asked for help that is whenever you can find someone.”

“I visited the Sterling Men's Warehouse location to return a blazer I had ordered online, the sleeves weren't long enough. Sheeren, the manager was so attentive and caring. After a brief discussion (learning my husbands height & measurements) she researched a blazer that would work with his longer arms. She arrange them to be expedited from nearby stores to my home, Sheeren saved Christmas! I highly recommend the Sterling location, the caring staff there are exceptional”

“My husband and I met Lauren when we went to the Sterling location. Lauren came to our house for a consultation to look at our family room, to measure the space and talk through what we were envisioning. We moved into our home about a year and a half ago and have been fortunate to receive good quality hand me down furniture (some of which is classic Ethan Allen), but it is time to invest in our own pieces and style. We met back at the store about a week or so later and Lauren shared some concept boards and room layouts that she put together based on our consultation. We selected a few pieces for the room and can’t wait until they arrive in a few weeks! Lauren was a pleasure to work with: she listened to us and provided options in terms of sizing and style, color, etc. she pointed out details we may not have noticed on our own. “Setting up for the wedding and one of the chairs for the bride/groom broke. I went to 4 places who all had chairs I wanted to buy, but they wouldn't sell me bc they had to be ordered. I walked in here and they let me choose from a wide range of chairs off the showroom floor for even better prices than the other places. i got two very nice chairs. also, the place smells really nice and the flowers everywhere are a nice touch :)”
