(January 25, 2021, 11:32 am)I made one of the best decisions four months ago and signed up for personal training at Logic Fitness. Chris is an outstanding trainer. He is knowledgeable and encouraging. Everyone has their own goals and needs and he takes extra time to learn what is most important to his clients. His custom workouts and meal plans are key. I cannot not recommend his program enough! You are worth the investment!
(September 16, 2019, 10:28 am)Chris is a stand up guy with a strong knowledge of fitness and what it takes to help you. He's not just an "athlete's trainer" he also really knows how to guide you to just lose some weight or feel better and get a little more back in shape. Good guy.
