“We recently purchased a home that has a reverse osmosis system in it. That system was installed by WaterPro by the previous owner. We called to get a free water inspection and to learn how to take care of the system. Jacob was so kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He had a great demeanor. He made sure all our questions were answered and explained the system to my husband. He showed him the filters in the crawl space. We ended up deciding to have WaterPro do the filter changes in the future. WaterPro is definitely lucky to have Jacob as a “face” for their company.”

Unbelievably clean - I know, it's new, but the staff here actually seem to *care* about the quality of the environment in there & I'm thinking this one may just stay top-notch! The store is huge! “I called Smith's to have flowers sent for my aunt's wedding. I asked that they be delivered to the church. After spending days trying to find the time the church would be open, we found out is was after delivery time, Smith's would be closed. Instead it was delivered directly to the Bishop who made sure the flowers were where they needed to be and at the right time. Smith's were very professional and accommodating. We are grateful.
