Joan sees everything I do, and doesn't miss a leg or hand position, but most importantly, is able to talk me into the correct position and explain why that position is important. I am amazed at her patience when my heel moves to high *again* or I grab the wrong bridle. In addition to her extensive experience, her years of riding, I would describe her patience as one of her best qualities as a teacher. She is able to explain every difficult concept of riding in a way that makes it feel achievable. She makes it easy to come into the ring every week, even when riding is hard. She fosters a camaraderie among the riders at her barn, and encourages us to learn about the individual horses and sharpen our horse sense. I have had other instructors, but Joan's extensive knowledge in the field, patience as a teacher, and sense of community have made my time riding at Pond View Stables the very best! “I've had a great time there shooting with my son. The staff has always been friendly, professional and helpful. They don't charge a range fee, so the ammo is not Walmart priced, but it's a fair price. They also lend guns for no extra charge. It's made it a great opportunity for us to try a variety of different guns. I truly don't understand the negative reviews and I've seen shooters of every race treated with respect. It's a gun range and the range masters are professional. Because of the serious nature of weapons they have safety rules. If you screw up they'll let you know what you did wrong. I appreciate that I don't want my life put in jeopardy by careless people”

“A friend recommended this place and I thought to give it a try. When I called to make a last minute appointment, despite their already busy schedule they made arrangements to service my vehicle and at a reasonable price. They did the service and offered me a free tire rotation, checked my breaks, fluids and provided me with an idea on what I should service next. Everyone was friendly and I felt that they care about their customers. I am so glad I found this place and I will definitely go back!”

“So we all know what car dealers are known for...being shady. However that doesn't exist at this place. Mo and Abdul are extremely honest and very straightforward. They would rather lose money being honest instead of making a quick buck cheating someone. I bought a vehicle from them and they replaced the brake pads, rotors, shocks, and joints in the rear door and front hood. They also did a oil change. This was not something I requested..this is there natural work. They looked and said we won't sell this vehicle with those issues. Alot of dealers will try to play you and not do those things. But not here. Abdul is very mechanically educated and a great guy to talk to. Mo is a fantastic honest owner who wants only the best for his customers. GREAT PLACE!!”

“Perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. You won't have to wait long for an appt, mine was 21 hours later, for a non emergency. My water well issue was fixed immediately, I was shown what was wrong, how to fix it, and was given an explanation of why it kept happening. We've used Foley three times in the last 4 years,(we REALLY need to upgrade our well) and every time was great. We won't use anyone else.”

“Absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I stopped at this place around lunch time, with the intent to only use the restroom and get back on the road. The store that connects to this business is shut down. The area looks questionable. But we decided while stopped, we would go ahead and grab lunch for the road. And are very glad we did. We got a chopped barbecued chicken burger, potato salad and apple crisp for dessert. the food was amazing and the service was awesome. Thank you very much. If the Good Lord sees fit for us to travel that way again. This place will get our business again. GOD BLESS!!”
