Tom, the service advisor, walked through the process with me, gave me his contact information, remembered my name, kept me updated, and was a great person to work with. They provided me text updates on the progress of my car, which was very helpful. Due to travel, I was not able to pick up my vehicle as soon as it was ready, but they were willing to work with me to accommodate my needs. Nicole, at the front desk, was always very personable and friendly, and answered all my questions! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed a small imperfection, and they fixed it the next day, no charge, no argument, no hassle.
