He volunteered to pick my car up at my house for convenience. After assessing my vehicle he determined the struts were absolutely fine and not in need of replacement. “Dave is the MAN! One of the best mechanics I've come across in my life. Easy to communicate - just leave a voicemail or a text if he is unavailable. He'll let you know when he is available to take a look at the vehicle and the issues you are experiencing. I explained my exhaust was super loud and the vehicle was driving slower. Part of my exhaust rusted out and he was able to repair it within a day. Fast service and quality work. I had an issue with my brakes only at certain times. He diagnosed it as the ABS Tone Ring on the driver's side CV Axle. He provided a picture, so I could see the damage. He was able to complete the work within a day once the part came in. Quality work! No issues after the fix! My dipstick handle broke off and I wasn't able to check my oil level. He helped remove the old dipstick. He didn't charge me, but I felt it was needed to provide payment for the service. It helped out a lot!”

“My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My sister was pleased with the excellent service provided by Bob, who is a Mercedes Certified Mechanic. She was told she needed both front and rear brakes, but Bob said it only needed rear brakes. He also cleaned her headlight instead of replacing it. It cost her a lot less than what she had anticipated! My Benz was due for maintenance, so I called Global. Again, RT was professional and courteous, and told me I could drop my car off at my convenience. The required maintenance was performed by Bob in a timely manner. Like my sister, I was very pleased with the whole experience! Just before Christmas, I needed my tires on my Jeep inflated properly and I called Global Automotive. RT, again courteous and professional, said I could bring it in that day. While I was there, I pointed out a little scuff on the front bumper I had gotten in a parking garage, and he buffed it out for me. There was no waiting; it took less than 10 minutes, and my Jeep looks as good as new! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and courteous! I highly recommend Global Automotive!”

Yesterday (06/13) on my way home from work I had a low tire pressure due to a nail I found. As I arrived in the shop, I was greeted by a lovely young lady. Once I explained my situation, she informed me that Steve was at the Patient First across the street and that he'll be right back in 30mins. Which in fact, he was back quicker than expected. Steve was able to locate the nail and was even kind enough to show me where it was and that he'll have me patched up and ready to go in no time.
