Jay is amazing and first spoke with him over the phone, he remembered me when I came in person and patiently walked me through all the steps with my ton of questions as a first timer. David, the manager, was super helpful and gave me wonderful tips on the right way to store my belongings, and how to successfully make the most out of my experience storing. Dilsa who helped me with a second unit went above and beyond as well with more tips and she has a great personality, they all do. All very professional but as a caveat honestly enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this location with their outstanding team’s customer service.”
