“With all the CV19 pets, it was the only place in the area to get my dog neutered this month. As with all our Banfield doctors, the care was good. The was the only Banfield that has required an intake visit before treating our pet. It was inconvenient, but it was the only game in town. The drop off and pick up is a cluster that took too long. Not my favorite BF, but I appreciate that they are seeing patients in a reasonable amount of time”

“I just moved to the area and took my kitties in for a vaccine update and health check before they could be scheduled to get fixed. Having just gone through the stress of the recent move, my kitties arrived edgy and suspicious about another new place. Dr. Fowler and her staff took extra time to let them explore the kitty-friendly exam office (climbing tree, litter box, pheromone-sprayed blanket...) and get comfortable before starting the exam and shots. One cat cooperated and allowed her to examine and weigh him on the counter but the doctor had no problem bringing it all down to the ground and luring my other kitty with some treats and scratches to accomplish the exam on him. I am grateful for the staff at Harmony. Vet visits can be as stressful for the owner as they are for their pets, and I could not feel more at ease that my future visits will be something I can look forward to! They are true professionals and it is very apparent they are in the business of caring for animals...and their humans! ❤️”

“Consistently exceptional service from start to finish whenever my baby requires attention from the doctor. The team is always upbeat, welcoming, and careful with my baby which is a huge plus. He's treated like a patient, rather than just an animal and the treating physician is thoughtful and deliberate in hearing and addressing my concerns. You won't regret using the facility for your pets needs. I don't find the prices outrageous either....at least for non-major care.”

“I have been going to different Banfield Hospitals through the years BUT this location is, by far, THE BEST one in the area. I don't mind driving 45 - 50 min every time I have to go there as the staff is just great, all the Vets are excellent being Dr. Whitted THE MOST WONDERFUL ONE. I was very close to cancel the wellness plan my dogs have but I met her and changed my mind.”

“I'm glad I found out about this place, they're conveniently located inside Pet Supplies Plus in Manchester Lakes by the Shoppers, though they have several locations. They're only open a couple days a week, so I'd recommend booking an appointment if you go on the weekend or weeknight. Checkups, vaccines, and prescriptions have all been cheaper. They even do micro-chipping and have a dental hygienist who offers cleanings every few months.”
