Andy was thorough, professional, and didnt mind the beagle sniffing around. He showed me I needed to know about the heater and even wiped down the doors and water heater before leaving. “I was steered here by a friend who is also a customer of theirs. I have an ‘05 Mazda that my newbie daughter is learning on and called them with a laundry list of problems. When they called me after looking it over, the fixes just to pass inspection weren’t “little things”. Suspension parts, transmission mount, brakes/rotors, alignment, lights, an outer side mirror broken, etc. I was waiting for a 3-5k estimate. And in the meantime, was actually shopping online for used cars. when they came back with the quote, I fell on the floor. It was less than half what I was expecting! “Contacted Sheehy through Consumer Reports. Received a fair price immediately. Drove to Sheehy so we could take the Honda Odyssey EX-L for a test drive. Very impressed with the vehicle. Traded in our older minivan and got a very fair trade price. Asked to have a hitch put on and was told it would be a while. They gave us a loaner car while we waited. When the vehicle was ready, Mark went over all the controls etc. Our contact with Kevin, Mark and Milenka was very positive. By far, this was the best car dealer experience we have ever had. The parking is a little tight but maneuverable, I suggest you park along the building and check in BEFORE pulling in front of the dock doors. If there are trucks in there already, you'll make it difficult for them to get out and you to park. Being polite will also go a longer way, these guys are awesome when shown respect and they give it right back.”
