He isn't easily impressed, but pretty much complimented this shop from the jump, starting with excellent customer service and speedy email response times. Terry and Kevin really took care of him, so when my Triumph Bonneville continued to have a tough time starting (was unreliable at first, and then would only start running if Bump started), I brought it by Fairfax Cycles. After getting all the parts, they worked on it pretty much right away and it was ready for pick-up within days. It runs great, starts up every time, and I really appreciate the low-key, down to earth vibe of the shop.
