A nice arrangement of flowers and a box of chocolate were delivered as promised the next day. However, the wow was the great service I received! First, they didn't shame me at all for calling late on a Friday and expecting a delivery the next day. “I went to Baldino's in their Chantilly location. From the minute I walked in, I knew they would help me with what I needed. I came in to get a couple of keys cut for my 2006 Toyota Camry. I brought my own blank chip keys and both Henry and Ray got to work. They checked their master shop books for anything unique for my particular issue and they identified immediately that the programming for this car might be easier than most. They were absolutely right! They cut the keys for $18.00. Even after cutting them, they asked if I wanted to go and try them without taking my money. This is something only an honest business does. I went outside and followed my programming instructions, and everything worked like I wanted to. I left the shop a tip after the service and told them I would be writing this review. I was quoted a price of $960.00 just this morning for the same things that I paid $18.00 for. If it is anything lock and key, either these guys will do it right the first time with a smile on their face and thank you for your business or it's something that might not be possible to do in the first place. I am a customer for life and I might consider using them even if I moved a little far away. I was not paid or compensated for this review (except for all the money I saved not going to the pew-you car dealership). A+”

“I cannot more highly recommend K&K Floor. We had a large job, to replace all the 35 year-old wall-to-wall carpet in our house with hardwood floors. We worked with Patrick and his team. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with, highly professional and very pleasant. First they replaced the carpet in the basement with new carpet. The next phase of the project took place months later, coordinated with a kitchen remodel. Patrick's team came in and in three days, replaced all the carpet in the house, and the old kitchen vinyl floor, with beautiful new hardwood. They did our bedrooms first, and we did not have to move out for any of it. I have never seen anyone work so hard — three 11-hour days with only a 15-minute lunch break! Their work was amazing, and the small number of imperfections that we pointed out were addressed immediately. Our floors look amazing, and the kitchen is so beautiful with a hardwood floor. Now the kitchen remodelers will come back and finish their part of the job. (The photos show the project before the kitchen is finished.) You will not go wrong in choosing K&K Floors for your home improvement project.”

“I love this Lotte! It's just so large and has so much variety and is well stocked. The variety includes almsot 5 different types of bananas, potatoes, pears, apples, etc. There are quite a lot of people.. both customers and staff.. so I would probably recommend wearing a mask. They are constantly stocking the produce, I haven't seen an empty shelf or section yet. If I had more time I would have walked up and down every single aisle and pick up a cart full of stuff. But unfortunately this trip was just to pick up the necessities. They even carry the Mediterranean chopped salad for way less than Costco!!”

“Our old water heater was overly corroded with rust and falling apart, leaking under the tile on the floor and could've very well exploded in the near future. I honestly don't know anything about water heaters, who to contact about fixing or replacing one, but I always hear horror stories about the price as well. So I went on Google and found John R Plumbing, looked at many of the reviews from other clients and I couldn't find any bad ones at all, he is local to the Chantilly/Fairfax area so I figured he'd be familiar with the types of water heaters that are installed in the homes. I made the right choice, from the first call he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable and responsive, what more could one ask for. The price was also very fair, especially during these hard financial times. I sent him pictures of the issue through text and within 2 days because of the memorial day weekend, he came out Tuesday with his crew and replaced not just one but two water heaters the first one had some sort of defective issue, but they went out and got another and did an excellent job, they also had to replace some of the old PVC piping and connectors with some copper, excellent soldering and placement adjacent to the valves. The pictures I uploaded really don't do justice to the workmanship. Not only that he explained all the work he completed and answered all my questions about the job and also about other parts that may need to be fixed in the future. A really nice guy, great worker who cares about the safety of me and my family. I really wish there were more workers in general with his work ethic. Many kudos and blessings to you and your crew John, I have and will continue to suggest your company to anyone I may come in contact with that's looking for fast, reliable and dependable plumbing work at a decent and fair price. The fit was better and the quality was better -- the Silhouette glasses' coating started flaking off after 2 years but the glasses Mr. Cao made for me are still perfect after 3 years.
