I took my vacuum there on Thursday afternoon and got it back on Friday!!! Full disclosure, my family and I have been Vacuum Zone customers for over 20 years. From servicing my moms heavy dinosaur Kirby when I was a kid to servicing my higher end light weight Simplicity, they ALWAYS take good care of our vacuums. The customer service and workmanship is top notch. Go there before buying a cheap or expensive vacuum.The owner, Ahmed, who also knows me by name, has a wealth of knowledge on all things vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners. They will match prices of other vacuum dealers. Vacuums, vacuum bags, deodorizer. belts…they have everything you need when buying and maintaining your vacuum. A good quality vacuum and carpet cleaner is an investment. I highly recommend the you get yours from Vacuum Zone. You’ll regret it if you don’t.”

“This is one of the best FFL dealers in the NOVA area and never had any issues. As for those that's complaining about not having a physical store maybe you should give a call or text first to check instead of leaving a bad review about it. There are many online stores that you can also purchase from and don't see complaints about them not having physical stores. There are no hidden fees, if something surprises you that means you did not read the agreements before agreeing to it and acting as if its the dealer's fault.”
