As for those that's complaining about not having a physical store maybe you should give a call or text first to check instead of leaving a bad review about it. There are many online stores that you can also purchase from and don't see complaints about them not having physical stores.

There are no hidden fees, if something surprises you that means you did not read the agreements before agreeing to it and acting as if its the dealer's fault.
