She consistently greets us with a smile, is polite and makes our ice cream perfectly everytime. My daughter likes how happily she sings the songs when we give tips. The chicken was rubbery tough and the wrap was small (probably because they forgot to put lettuce tomato onion that they said they were going to put in). That's what I get for ordering a wrap at a bagel shop I guess, but I can't tell why they even have it on their menu... it's just a bad experience for everyone involved. Go with the classics.”
